Priority Support Service
Our priority support service gives you direct access to a technician anytime during
the contracted support times. Everything from simple questions to resolution of
immediate critical needs or priority scheduling of an onsite visit.
Service plans offered:

9 AM to 5 PM; 5 days - Monday thru Friday |

9 AM to 5 PM; 7 days - including weekends |
 |
24 hours x 7 days a week |
Pricing is based on the number of computers.
Preventative Maintenance Service
This pre-paid service provides a twice a year onsite visit to complete the following maintenance:

Open the computer and clean all surfaces including all fans |

Check all fans for peak performance |
 |
Review system functionality and logs (if they exist) |
 |
Troubleshooting and problem resolution, up to one hour per machine |
Offsite Backup Service
Offsite backup of your data is critical. In the event of a catastrophe to your computers, your
data will be lost if you only have backup on-site. Protect your data with offsite backup.
If you have DSL or Cable Internet access, FixOnSite Computer Services offers automatic backup
of all your important data.
Backups can be done on your schedule; daily or weekly.
